“New garage roof. Roofing (Pitched)David and his team have done a really good job replacing an old corrugated garage roof with a brand new EPDM rubber roof.
The quotation process was easy, a call was made to arrange and they came right out. Unlike other people, they seemed interested in what I wanted done and they took lots of notes and measurements meaning I had faith that they knew what they were doing.
The quote wasn’t the cheapest but sometimes you get a feeling about someone.
The work was scheduled to begin on Monday 12th, but due to the poor weather it was postponed until the 15th Oct (I had a call every day to inform me of the delay). When David’s team began, they worked hard for about an entire day to ensure the work was completed in one day rather than being spread over 2 as originally thought.
The site has been cleaned and I’ve inspected everything they’ve done and I’m delighted with the quality of the work.
I’d recommend David and his team highly.”

“New roof for bungalow Roofing (Pitched)David’s team have fully replaced our bungalow roof. This was to include guttering etc. We are very pleased with the end product. The team were polite and hardworking. Whilst the work took longer than we had hoped, this was largely out of their control. I have thanked David, who personally inspected the finish. I liked not paying anything until we were happy and the team having the flexibility to accommodate a few extra bits into the quote. Our work required additional timbers than at first anticipated but these were kindly factored into the original quote. Pricing was clear, fair and competitive. Work comes with a no quibble guarantee. “New tiles on whole house, garage and dormas Roofing (Pitched). We were very happy with the service we received from Aspin. They turned up exactly when they said they would and carried out the work in quiet, clean and efficient manner. All the workers on site were polite, courteous and respectful to our property and our neighbours.
The job has been finished to a very high standard and the workers did not leave until they had ensured we were happy with the work.
Very importantly, the final bill was exactly the same as the quoted price – so no nasty surprises.
